Roles
Overview
There are a number of roles available to members of Black Watch, from Corpsmen and Grenadiers, to Pilots and Automatic Riflemen. This section covers the purposes and regulations surrounding each of the various roles.
Chain of Command
The chain of command is a necessary tool to ensure the effective management and completion of objectives in the field. Every unit within a Platoon is dependent on the leadership within the chain of command and the granularity it provides.
At any point during an operation a Platoon or Squad Leader may become incapacitated, creating a break in this chain. As such, it is critical that when a leader is lost another capable individual quickly assumes command.
Leaders may wish to assign a second in command during the mission briefing.
